- Uploaded files
- AI-generated outputs
You grant us a limited license to:
- Process your content
- Display it in your account
- Generate outputs using AI providers
This license ends when you delete your content or account.
3. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or non-unique.
You agree not to hold OutlineNow liable for:
- Errors
- Inaccuracies
- Losses from relying on AI output
4. Credit System
Credits:
- Are deducted per AI request
- Are non-refundable
- Do not transfer between accounts
- Are consumed immediately when a request is made
5. Subscriptions
Subscription terms:
- Monthly or yearly billing
- Recurring billing until cancellation
- Credits reset each billing period based on tier
Plan changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
6. Refunds
- Monthly plans: Non-refundable
- Yearly plans: Non-refundable
- Credit packs: Non-refundable consumable digital items
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

- Abuse, fraud, or misuse
