Used credits are not refunded.

3. Credit Packs
All credit pack purchases are final. Credit packs are considered consumable digital goods and cannot be refunded.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you were incorrectly billed or issues with the subscription or payments, contact:

5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in:
- Account suspension
- Loss of remaining credits
- Forfeiture of refund eligibility
